Mitch is great! We walked in the door and needed to buy a battery and it's like he knew who we were, I had called and spoke to him earlier that day! That's great service when a person can remember you just from a call and when they treat you as though they have known you for years!!!! Also when you walk thru the door, you can instantly feel a good flow of positive energy! That's a huge plus for any business!!! Way to go Firestone in Raymore!!!!

Setup a Sunday appointment in advance after having a brake estimate completed earlier in the week.. as it is my only day off. Dropped my truck off at 10am and the guy waited until 15 min(4:45pm) before they closed to call me telling me it is complete. I tried to pay over the phone and simply have them park it outside but was told I couldn’t and they were going to lock my truck in the building.. So here I am the next morning at 7am and now they tell me they aren’t even finished and they are waiting on a part? To make
