Their pizza is good, but not worth the 15 bucks they charge...
Always good pizza! Ask for the cheese over your toppings and you will change the way you order pizza forever! Sandwiches aren't bad either. Your level of service will depend on the age of the person behind the counter, but most are good. They also deliver at some places.
Ordered waited over an hour and then when I called them, I was told they could not find the street I lived on despite delivering to me 4 times that month, after which rather than trying to resolve the issue or keep a customer happy despite an error on their drivers part they became sarcastic. I would rather burn the place down than deal with them again. Now I need to feed my guests after the long wait as well as call the credit card company to get my over $50 back.
Not sure why all the negative reviews but the service I've received has always been great. The delivery time has always been less than the website time and the delivery person is courteous and pleasant. I usually order delivery so it's very important to me.
Maybe some of these reviews are by competitors who aren't faring so well!? I'm a real customer.
Stopped to grab lunch since my son wanted to use a coupon deal from the Casey's App buy 2 pieces of pizza (which we love) and get a free nibs ice cream. The lady working the register did not know how to scan and apply the deal, then was not able to figure it out and then did not know how to refund the cost of the ice cream so she gave me cash and asked my son to put the ice cream up. He didn't I had him leave it for her to do. Poor service by a person that blamed her incompetence on the company rather than taking ownership to learn the technology.
