My wife has not been treated correctly since she started going here. They cancel appointments and reschedule them without notice and they are rude. The Doctor there is awesome but the staff is pitiful and gives a bad name to the company as a whole. How can you be a behavioral health center and treat people the way you do. It is unjust and wrong on every level. The should fire all the receptionist and start over!!
This place is a joke. Very judgemental. I just went for my first appt and they had me talk to the Dr through a tv monitor! They were extremely rude and tried to act holier than thou. What a disgrace. I only tried out this place because it's so close to home but I will happily be going back to PAKC.
I had to give at least one star to make a review when I'm all reality they are a -5 stars! Horrible customer service, the front desk is always very rude, never greets you and on top of that they don't know how to keep track of payment and try to upcharge you and tell you that you never paid. I will be calling corporate and more than happy to send bank statements for all my visits. Dis I mention they tell you one time and then you get here and they laugh at you because you wasn't scheduled at that time?! HORRIBLE PLACE AND ONCE I GET INSURANCE I WILL NO LONGER BE COMING BACK!!!!
They are very unorganized, and unprofessional. They consistently 'don't receive' or misplace important documents.
The staff are very polite and informative. Dr. Kodela and his nurse Ms.Doris are the best, they are sincere and compassionate!
